Text: 1 Peter 4:7-11
verse 7 “The end of all things is near...“
verse 7 “The end of all things is near, Therefore...“
verse 11... “...so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs
the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.”

I. Be Sober and Pray
a. Vs 7, “...be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of [g]prayer”
II. Love One Another Earnestly

i. Vs8, “Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love
covers a multitude of sins.”
b. Loving one another is a priority.
c. Loving one another is a marathon
d. Loving one another is intense
e. Loving one another makes life better
i. Proverbs 10:12, “Hatred stirs up strife, But love covers all transgressions.”

III. Be Hospitable Without Complaint
a. Vs9, “Be hospitable to one another without complaint.”
b. Romans 12:13 | Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.
c. Hebrews 13:2 | Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some
have entertained angels unawares.
d. Mat 25:35-40
IV. Use Your Gifts
a. Vs 10-11a, “As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one
another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 Whoever speaks, is to
do so [h]as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so
as one who is serving [i]by the strength which God supplies;...”
